Our Huaying Ultra-Fine Magnet Wire is developed and manufactured by Huizhou Huaying Electronic Technology. This company is truly remarkable, being a top supplier and manufacturer in China, a feat unmatched by smaller companies. It's a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Provincial Specialized New Enterprise. Its products have even passed BYD's rigorous testing, making it a reliable supplier. This strength goes without saying! What are you waiting for? If you have a need, feel free to choose our products; satisfaction is guaranteed!
Our Huaying Ultra-Fine Magnet Wire is specifically designed for applications where ordinary copper wire struggles. Each alloy has its own advantages. For example, copper-silver alloy wire boasts 15% higher conductivity than ordinary copper wire, making it ideal for use in 5G base station construction, extending base station coverage. Copper-tin alloy wire offers exceptional fatigue resistance, withstanding 120,000 flex cycles. It's ideal for drone propeller motor coils, extending product life. Copper-nickel alloy wire also offers excellent high-temperature and corrosion resistance. Even in temperatures up to 200°C, neither the insulation nor the conductor deforms. Many customers report that our product outlasts ordinary copper wire and requires no frequent replacement.
Product Storage Precautions
Huaying Ultra-Fine Magnet Wire requires careful storage. Do not leave it lying around, as this will shorten its lifespan. First, store it in a dry and well-ventilated area. Also, maintain a temperature between 5°C and 30°C, ideally between 5°C and 30°C. Humidity should not exceed 60%, especially for silver- and nickel-plated wires, as moisture can easily cause them to oxidize and turn black, affecting their performance.
Product Processing Precautions
When winding Huaying Ultra-Fine Magnet Wire, pay attention to the winding tension. Because it is very thin, excessive tension can easily cause the coil to break, which can be very troublesome. How can this be adjusted? For reference, the following guidelines apply: For 0.05mm wire, maintain a tension of 3g-5g; for 0.1mm wire, maintain a tension of 8g-10g. During the soldering process, we must also pay attention to changes in temperature and time. Different alloy wires have different tolerances. For copper-silver alloy wire, we recommend soldering at 380°C-390°C for 3 seconds. For copper-nickel alloy wire, we recommend slightly higher temperatures, but not exceeding 400°C, and soldering for no more than 4 seconds. Otherwise, the conductor may be damaged, affecting subsequent performance. As long as we follow the correct product usage instructions, we can maximize the product's effectiveness and ensure optimal performance for our production and equipment.
