The insulation layer is made of direct-solder polyurethane, allowing for direct soldering without stripping. Soldering takes 3-4 seconds at 390°C, and the burnback distance is kept to within 1.00mm. The voltage resistance is also exceptional, exceeding 15kV, and it has passed a 6000V test for one minute. Specifications range from 0.050mm to 0.600mm, and film thickness can be customized to meet customer voltage requirements, ranging from FIW3 to FIW9. Whether manufacturing small coils or large transformers, you can find the right specifications.

Product Processing Compatibility

This Huaying Enameled Wire can save customers significant production headaches. Its excellent wear resistance and film flexibility make it easy to use on high-speed automatic winding machines. It's also available with a self-adhesive coating, eliminating the need for additional fixings during coil winding. If customers require multi-strand or two-strand parallel twisting, we can also process and deliver directly, eliminating the need for third-party processing.
