We always take a 6-meter-long sample and meticulously inspect it for pinholes. To date, every batch has tested positive for pinholes, demonstrating the reliability of the insulation layer. After bending and heat resistant testing, the voltage withstand test is also carried out, ensuring every necessary step. The final test results are fully capable of withstanding the demands of high-temperature and high-frequency use. Furthermore, our temperature ratings meet UL standards, including 130°C, 155°C, and 180°C, ensuring stable performance and flawless product performance.

Customized Service

This Huaying Litz Wire Air Core Coil can be customized to meet customer needs, offering exceptional flexibility. If a customer requires specific physical and electrical properties, such as Teflon-insulated wire for the coil, the coil inherits all the high and low-temperature resistance benefits of Teflon. Alternatively, if they choose adhesive wire, the convenience of self-adhesive molding is no less. This is all part of our attentive service. Winding can also be tailored to customer specifications. Whether it's an ultra-small coil for button batteries or a coil for high-power power supplies requiring automated assembly, as long as the customer specifies the dimensions and precision, we can manufacture it.

Precautions for use: Pay close attention to details

Our Huaying Litz Wire Air Core Coil is durable, but in actual use, there are some minor details that require careful attention to, otherwise problems may occur later, and don't let its high quality go to waste.
Installation: Do not pull the wire too hard! It's air-core, without a core to support it. If you pull too hard, it will deform, and the coil's inductance will be inaccurate.
Storage: Store in a dry, ventilated area. Avoid contact with oil, dirt, or corrosive liquids, as this will corrode the insulation, degrading its performance and making it unsafe to use. If you plan to store it for an extended period, we recommend wrapping it tightly in a sealed bag to prevent moisture from entering. Humid environments are most likely to damage the coil.
Soldering: Pay close attention to temperature and time! Excessive temperatures and prolonged soldering can damage the coil's insulation. We generally recommend using a constant-temperature soldering iron and keeping soldering time to under 3 seconds.
