The strand length (also known as pitch in the industry) also has a clear standard. This is calculated by dividing the effective measuring distance by the number of twist turns. We maintain extremely strict control during production. For example, if a customer requests a 50mm pitch, the tolerance can be controlled within ±1mm, with virtually no deviation. The finished product's outer diameter can also be accurately calculated using a formula, fully meeting the equipment's space requirements.
