The insulation layer of our Huaying ETFE-Insulated Litz Wire boasts exceptional temperature resistance, maintaining its insulation properties even after continuous use in temperatures as high as 150°C. It also offers low losses at high frequencies, thanks to the thin ETFE insulation layer's excellent insulation properties. Its multi-strand twisted structure significantly reduces the skin effect, resulting in approximately 20% lower current loss than conventional insulated stranded wire in the 500kHz to 2GHz high-frequency range. Furthermore, it is chemically resistant, even when exposed to oil, mild acids, and alkalis found in industrial workshops. This makes it ideal for use in environmentally demanding applications such as medical equipment and aerospace.

The Huaying ETFE-Insulated Litz Wire's insulation is highly flexible, making it less prone to cracking when winding, whether it's bent into a round shape or into unusual, irregular shapes. Furthermore, its insulation is abrasion-resistant, with minimal damage during installation, preserving the wire without requiring any additional protective measures. Later maintenance can be quickly verified using standard testing equipment, eliminating the need for complex procedures. The strand count and outer diameter of the stranded wire can be adjusted to meet customer needs, eliminating the need for secondary processing, whether the application is a compact mobile phone power bank or a large aerospace device.

Our Huaying ETFE-Insulated Litz Wire is safe for both domestic and international sales. Firstly, the product itself complies with the requirements of the three major safety regulations: UL, VDE, and CQC. In particular, the ETFE insulation layer fully meets the environmental standards of ROHS and REACH halogen-free. A customer who exports the product previously presented our certification report to an overseas buyer. Upon seeing the comprehensive certifications, the buyer immediately placed an order, eliminating the need for additional testing. Furthermore, the product is certified for Class B and Class H stranded wire, meeting industry-leading safety standards for voltage and temperature resistance.
