Huaying Class F Three-Layer Insulated Wire is made in China by Huizhou Huaying Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Choosing this product eliminates the need to worry about technical prowess. Our company not only holds over ten patents, but also collaborates closely with the Shenzhen Research Institute of Huazhong University of Science and Technology on R&D, seamlessly integrating the university's scientific research strengths with our own production experience. Even more compelling is the fact that major companies with extremely demanding product requirements, such as Xiaomi, Huawei, and BYD, have consistently used this product, demonstrating its reliability and peace of mind.
The insulation layer is the core protective layer of the Huaying Class F Three-Layer Insulated Wire, and its materials are of the highest quality. Its three-layer construction of PET+PET+PA acts like a "three-layer armor" for the conductor, providing maximum protection. The thickness is also precisely controlled. The total insulation thickness of single-strand products is 0.09-0.1mm, while that of multi-strand products is 0.1mm. Regardless of whether it's single or multi-strand, the thickness of each insulation layer is strictly controlled to 0.03-0.035mm. Tested using professional instruments, the uniformity is virtually non-determined, providing comprehensive, comprehensive protection for the conductor.
Product Core Advantages
Huaying Class F Three-Layer Insulated Wire's core advantages specifically address industry pain points, effectively giving businesses a "green light" for production. Using it directly reduces press size, allowing for more efficient use of production space. It also improves production efficiency, enabling processes that previously required multiple steps to be completed in a single step. More importantly, it reduces overall costs, saving money at every stage, from material procurement to production and processing. For businesses, these advantages are not just fluff; they offer tangible benefits, offering an exceptionally high cost-effectiveness, making it both practical and cost-effective.
Product Thermal Shock Testing
The thermal shock test is like putting Huaying Class F three-layer insulated wire to the test. First, a sample at least 305mm in length is tightly wrapped around a smooth round rod, a total of 10 turns, at a controlled speed of 1 to 3 turns per second. A precise tension of 118Mp/mm² is applied to the wire to ensure the sample adheres firmly to the rod. During the wrapping process, the staff takes extreme care to prevent stretching, overlap, and damage. After wrapping, the sample is removed from the rod and placed in an oven at the temperature shown in Table 5 for 30 minutes, with a strict temperature tolerance of ±5°C. After baking, the sample is removed from the oven and allowed to cool naturally to room temperature. The sample surface is then carefully examined using a magnifying glass with the magnification specified in Table 6. The product is deemed unqualified if even the slightest crack is detected. There is zero tolerance for defects.
