Huaying Double-Mylar Insulated Wire features a meticulously designed internal structure. Rather than a one-size-fits-all design, Huaying offers specialized products tailored to specific needs. For example, there's the CT-280B/CT-285, a four-layer insulated wire with a combination of PET, PTE, PA, and PET tape; another with three layers of ETFE and one layer of tape; and finally, a high-temperature insulated wire with polyurethane and PI tape. Different structures cater to different applications. For example, high-temperature insulated wire is ideal for medical equipment, where high temperatures are critical, allowing customers to precisely find the product that suits their needs.

Product Long-Term Stability

The insulation material has an anti-aging formula, and a special protective coating is applied between the layers. Previous accelerated aging tests have shown that under normal use, it maintains stable performance for 8 to 10 years, nearly double the lifespan of ordinary insulated wire.
